Abstract

Финансовая поддержка является одним из самых приоритетных направлений в развитии малого и среднего бизнеса в России. Проблемы поддержки российского предпринимательства имеют свои особенности и требуют нестандартных решений. В то же время продолжается тенденция простого копирования опыта развитых стран в поддержке малого и среднего бизнеса без адаптации к местным условиям. Автором предложен ряд направлений, работа над которыми может способствовать повышению эффективности программ поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса на территории России.
