Abstract

Представлены результаты психологического исследования ценностной сферы и экспертной оценки компетенций востребованных выпускников-дизайнеров. Обоснована взаимосвязь компетенций и системы жизненных ценностей личности профессионала, которая ориентирует человека в профессии и создает упорядоченную, имеющую для человека значение картину профессиональной востребованности. Научная новизна работы состоит в формулировке и моделировании решения проблемы исследования психологических аспектов востребованности выпускников вуза на примере дизайнеров.
