Abstract

В работе предложена модифицированная многопериодная модель выбора стратегий взаимодействия организации со стейкхолдерами, позволяющая формировать смешанные стратегии из стратегий базовых типов и снижать за счет этого соответствующие риски. Указывается на то, что основные отличия модели от ранее разработанных авторами заключаются в рассмотрении расширенного списка базовых типов стратегий, а также возможности учета степени взаимного влияния между организацией и группами заинтересованных сторон по каждому ресурсу. Демонстрируется использование предложенной модели на примере университета и его сотрудников
