Экономические Аспекты Формирования Гостиничного Бизнеса В Приморском Крае

Abstract

В статье показан процесс формирования гостиничного бизнеса в Приморском крае, на который существенное влияние оказали исторические, политические, социальные, экономические и другие факторы. На фоне преобразований в экономической политике края проанализированы потребности в необходимости гостиниц и прочих средств размещения с периода основания военного поста Владивосток (1860 г.) и до настоящего времени, когда г. Владивосток приобрел статус российского центра в АТР. Выявлена и обоснована низкая потребность в гостиничных предприятиях в дореволюционный и советский периоды. Показано, что постсоветский предпринимательский период обновил структуру гостиничного хозяйства, увеличились инвестиции как отечественных, так и зарубежных операторов в строительство гостиниц разных категорий, типов и видов. Авторы раскрывают основные рыночные процессы, которые повлияли на устойчивую динамику роста гостиничного бизнеса в Приморском крае
