Концептуальные Подходы К Градостроительному Развитию Мегаполисов В Современных Социально-Экономических Условиях

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы применения в России новых концептуальных подходов к градостроительному развитию городов и городских агломераций. Уделено внимание популярной концепции зеленого роста (зеленой экономики) на базе которой сложилась практика формирования экогородов. Приведены принципы, учитываемые в международных стандартах, на основе применения которых присваивается статус экогородов. Дается обоснование новой градостроительной политике и практике, трактуемым как «ландшафтный урбанизм» («зеленый урбанизм»), выступающим в качестве новой парадигмы, альтернативной традиционному ресурсоэксплуатирующему подходу к городскому хозяйству и энергетике, поскольку в ее основе лежат ресурсосберегающие технологии и сохранение благоприятной природной среды. Обоснованы факторы, сдерживающие внедрение новых концептуальных подходов к градостроительному развитию городов и городских агломераций, в том числе созданию экогородов в российских условиях
