Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с анализом экологического и социально-экономического развития регионов. Обосновывается необходимость в разработке подходов к оценке уровня развития административных территорий на основе процессного подхода. Предлагается функциональная модель региональной диагностики, позволяющая проводить поэтапный многоуровневый анализ развития региона в целом и его отдельных частей (подсистем), а также выявлять причины неэффективного функционирования структурных элементов системы «регион»
