Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования некоторых институциональных факторов, влияющих на социально-экономическое развитие «ресурсных» регионов на территории Арктической зоны РФ. В ходе исследования проведен анализ совокупности «ресурсных» регионов на предмет наличия сходных условий, характеризующих особую организацию ресурсной экономики в Арктической зоне и районах Крайнего Севера, с учётом институциональных предпосылок, влияющих на производственные отношения, на качество жизни населения, обустройство инфраструктуры, организацию нормативно-правовой базы и механизмов государственного регулирования экономики. Авторами сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию системы государственного регулирования экономики на территории этих ресурсных регионов
