Современные Подходы К Оценке Социально-Экономических Условий Развития Малой Инновационной Организации В Соответствии С Этапами Жизненного Цикла

Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость рассмотрения социально-экономических условий развития в соответствии с этапами жизненного цикла малой инновационной организации. Предложена методика оценки социально-экономических условий и перспектив развития малых инновационных предприятий на основе анализа динамики изменения соотношения индекса динамики затрат и индекса прироста стоимости компании, учитывающей этапы жизненного цикла малой инновационной организации. Предложено инструменты финансовой инфраструктуры дифференцировать и детализировать по отраслям и регионам, по видам инновационной деятельности. Предлагается в целях формирования финансовой инфраструктуры дифференцировать размер потенциального дохода малого инновационного предпринимательства в зависимости от места осуществления предпринимательской деятельности и введение индексации потенциального дохода на коэффициент-дефлятор
