Abstract

В статье рассматриваются научные подходы к организации государственной поддержки предпринимательства, изложенные в трудах отечественных и зарубежных авторов. Отмечается, что одним из наиболее важных направлений государственной поддержки предпринимательства должно стать льготное кредитование. Утверждается необходимость партнёрства государства и бизнеса с привлечением частного капитала к инвестированию в отрасли, традиционно финансирующиеся из государственного бюджета. Обращается внимание на то, что развитие государственно-частных партнёрств на региональном и муниципальном уровнях в России неизбежно столкнётся с рядом специфических рисков: таких как неразвитость правовой среды в регионах, низкий уровень финансовой автономии регионов и ряда других
