Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам отчетности в различных направлениях деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов для обеспечения устойчивости в рыночной экономике. С позиции исторического анализа раскрыта связь отчетности с достоверной информацией с учетом преобразований современной общественной жизни. На примере такой науки, как аудит, рассмотрены проблемные вопросы вуалирования и искажения отчетности, аудита человеческого капитала, и подтвержден вывод, что для эффективного управления и развития любой науки необходима доказательственная база, в качестве которой может выступать прозрачная отчетность
