Abstract

В статье описывается модель выбора стратегий развития организации в условиях неопределенности на примере судоходной компании. В рамках представленной модели используется метод построения диаграммы Исикавы, который позволяет выявить ключевые взаимосвязи между различными факторами и более точно понять исследуемый процесс. В работе проведена оценка степени взаимовлияния разработанных сценариев и стратегий. Основное отличие предложенной авторами модели, а также используемых в ней методов, заключается в том, что оценка вероятностей осуществления сценариев и оценка их влияния на стратегии организации производится с использованием нечетко-множественного инструментария. Описанный в работе алгоритм сценарно-стратегического анализа является универсальным и может быть использован для различных предприятий
