Abstract

В статье детально рассматривается эволюция представлений о внутренней среде фирмы, включая определение перечня ее элементов и типов взаимосвязей между ними. Результаты системного подхода обобщены в виде секторной модели «PEST–атома», не только включающей в себя наиболее полный набор элементов, но и позволяющей организовать сопряжение внешней и внутренней среды фирмы. Каждому сектору модели сопоставлен определенный тип культуры из единой типологии и конкретная функция менеджмента («витамин роста») по И. Адизесу
