Abstract

В статье рассматриваются подходы к оценке интеллектуального капитала и его составляющих — структурного, клиентского и человеческого капитала. Выявляются проблемы количественной оценки человеческого, клиентского и организационного капитала. Предлагается метод оценки экономического потенциала предприятия, основанный на разработке доходного подхода к оценке рыночной стоимости организации, с учетом влияния интеллектуального капитала
