Abstract

В статье выявлены предпосылки, условия и пути формирования сетевых организационных структур в современных условиях. Обосновано, что важнейшими внешними факторами сетизации являются распространение информационно-компьютерных технологий, а также развитие инновационных процессов. Особое внимание уделено принципам подряда как одного из предшественников сетевых экономических взаимодействий. Определены недостатки сетевых организационных структур и основные направления получения выгоды их участниками. Раскрыты перспективные области сетевого сотрудничества современных организаций
