Венчурный Капитал: Понятие И Его Разграничение На Реальный И Фиктивный

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены зарубежные и отечественные подходы к определению венчурного капитала (ВК) в их взаимосвязи с общим пониманием капитала как категории. Раскрывается эволюция его трактовок, разнонаправленный их характер у различных ученых. Дается разграничение ВК на реальный и фиктивный. Осуществлена попытка преодолеть разночтения в понимании категории и дано собственное определение ВК с акцентом на реальный капитал
