Проблемы Инновационного Развития Российской Экономики В Условиях «Новой Нормальности»

Abstract

В статье анализируются современные проблемы, связанные с необходимостью построения инновационной экономики в России в условиях новой нормальности. Рассматривая изменения, происходящие сегодня в мире, автор подчеркивает значимость инновационных процессов в мировой экономике и политике и доказывает, что активизация инновационного развития представляется сегодня наиболее адекватным ответом на вызовы «новой нормальности» (New Normal). С учетом неоднородности инновационного потенциала российских регионов и их позиций в инновационном рейтинге, исследуются направления развития посредством использования технико-внедренческих особых экономических зон и кластеров. Особое место уделено процессу государственного управления на основе интеграции усилий центра и регионов в целях преодоления противоречий, возникающих в процессе перехода к инновационному развитию
