Abstract

В статье рассмотрены аспекты применения стратегического управления, показана важность его внедрения на предприятиях индустрии гостеприимства и туризма. Основной акцент делается на повышении конкурентного преимущества предприятия индустрии гостеприимства и туризма в современных условиях. Отражены проблемы развития гостиничного и туристического бизнеса в России, а также перечислены предложения по улучшению деятельности гостиничного предприятия, носящие рекомендательный характер
