Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу социально-демографической ситуации Оренбургской области и определению ее роли в формировании эффективной экономики региона. Основываясь на динамике основных социально-демографических показателей, автор обосновывает необходимость более детализированного и всестороннего анализа исследования социально-демографической ситуации. Сделан вывод о том, что становление эффективной экономики региона зависит в большей степени от состояния человеческих ресурсов, при этом особое значение имеют качественные характеристики, выступающие в роли катализаторов для формирования эффективной экономики региона. Основными направлениями проводимой социально-демографической политики должны стать: совершенствование законодательной базы; экономические стимулы; пропаганда Института семьи; активная миграционная политика по возвращению русскоязычного населения
