Abstract

В статье рассмотрены две основные трактовки в определении рентного состояния экономики страны. Показано при каких условиях страна может попасть в «ресурсную ловушку». Рассмотрены аспекты системы власти, генерирующих ренту, сформулированы пути решения проблемы изъятия и использования природной ренты с целью финансирования социальных программ и инвестиционных проектов
