Конъюнктурная Карта Мировой Экономики И Проблема Неоиндустриализации России

Abstract

На основе анализа межциклических взаимодействий между циклами Модельски, Кондратьева и Кузнеца, определяемых нами как конъюнкутрная карта экономики, с учетом статистики экономического роста в России, США и Еврозоны определены основные приоритеты и риски политики, необходимой для стимулирования экономического роста. Выявлено, что сейчас экономика ведущих стран мира находится одновременно в фазе подъема ритма Кузнеца и в фазе спада пятой длинной волны, окончание которой ожидается к 2018–2020 гг. В этих условиях требуется политика реиндустриализации российской экономики, которая подготовит плацдарм платежеспособного спроса для проведения стратегии неоиндустриализации, связанной с внедрением продуктов шестого технологического уклада
