Государственное Регулирование Устойчивого Развития Сельского Хозяйства: Зарубежный Опыт

Abstract

В статье исследованы подходы к государственному регулированию устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства в зарубежных странах с рыночной экономикой. Выявлено, что в разных странах походы отличаются, но общим признаком являются меры, как прямого субсидирования, так и косвенной поддержки устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства, которые направлены на поддержание единых цен, регулирование рынков продовольствия, субсидирование экспорта, продовольственную безопасность. Сделан вывод, что существующая практика государственного регулирования в странах с развитой рыночной экономикой может быть применена в России — на основе совершенствования законодательства, разработки и реализации государственных программ, а также прямых и косвенных субсидий на производство продовольственного сырья
