Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные тенденции и проблемы развития продовольственных торговых сетей в Красноярском крае в современных условиях экономической турбулентности, обосновывается необходимость применения инновационных технологий управления ими с целью сохранения и упрочнения позиций в период кризиса. Предложена модель стратегического развития торговой сети на основе системы сбалансированных показателей, включающая блок репутационной ответственности
