Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методы и подходы в анализе экологической системы региона. Окружающая среда описана как сложная система. В работе используется функциональная модель, основанная на процессном подходе, который предполагает рассмотрение деятельности сложной системы как сети бизнес-процессов, связанных с ее целями и миссией. Представлена функциональная модель экологической системы и критерий оптимального ее функционирования. Дана оценка экосистемы Луганского региона с использованием разработанного инструментария
