Технологическая Связанность Дальнего Востока России В Контексте Пространственного Развития

Abstract

В статье технологическую связанность Дальнего Востока России обосновывает концепция вложенных пространств как комплекса взаимодействующих пространственных структур. Пространственное распределение экономических ресурсов региональной социально-экономической политики Российской Федерации формализует институциональный приоритет промышленной политики как целенаправленной деятельности государства. Асимметрия территориальной структуры хозяйства обосновывает участие Российской Федерации в кооперационных процессах с Восточной Азией и возможности дополнительного привлечения инвестиций на базе государственно-частного партнерства. Модель «территория опережающего развития» предполагает координацию сотрудничества на основе эффекта взаимодействия таких групп факторов, как упрощение процедур торговли, оптимизация логистики и т.д
