Abstract

В статье анализируется сложившаяся ситуация несбалансированного развития регионов, вскрыты причины сформировавшегося дисбаланса и высокой степени неравномерности регионального социально-экономического развития. Уточнены трактовки понятий устойчивого и сбалансированного развития регионов, даны характеристики категорий статической и динамической стабильности систем, определены их отличительные особенности. Предлагается переход на новую концепцию устойчивого развития, согласно которой человек не объект, а субъект. Предлагается нивелировать территориальные различия при помощи экономической интеграции на основе социальной включённости населения в социально-экономические процессы, как значимого фактора устойчивого сбалансированного развития регионов
