Abstract

В статье выделены 3 этапа российского восстановительного экономического роста; дана их характеристика, определены «локомотивы» роста на каждом этапе. Показано замедление темпов роста основных макроэкономических показателей при переходе от одного этапа экономического роста к другому. Рассмотрены особенности российской автономной рецессии 2015 г. на фоне положительных темпов роста мировой экономики и выделены ее внутренние (системные) и внешние (объективные и субъективные) причины. Сделан вывод о необходимости смены национальной модели экономического роста
