Содержательные И Интегративные Формы Инвестирования Инновационной Деятельности С Привлечением Иностранного Капитала

Abstract

В работе дается определение категории «содержательные формы инвестирования инновационной деятельности с привлечением иностранного капитала». Выделены такие ее особенности как прямые иностранные инвестиции (ПИИ) и венчурные инвестиции, которые отнесены к интегративным формам инвестирования инновационной деятельности (ИФИИД). Показано, что механизм действия ИФИИД основан на увеличении нематериальных активов стороны — реципиента, проанализированы элементы инновационных выгод для компаний — реципиентов, обусловленные ИФИИД с привлечением иностранного капитала
