Направления Государственной Поддержки Инновационного Развития Отечественной Экономики В Условиях Формирования Нового Технологического Уклада

Abstract

Обеспечение конкурентоспособности российских производителей в условиях перехода глобальной экономики к новому технологическому укладу предопределяет необходимость обобщения накопленного опыта государственной поддержки инновационной деятельности и проведения его оценки с точки зрения вклада в активизацию инновационных процессов в стране. В рамках решения поставленной проблемы в статье рассматриваются позиции России в системе международных рейтингов, оценивающих качество инновационного развития экономик разных стран мира. Сквозь призму полученных при этом результатов анализируются меры, предпринимаемые государством в целях формирования приоритетов инновационного развития национальной экономики, создания инфраструктуры поддержки венчурного бизнеса, а также разработки организационных механизмов вовлечения отечественных предприятий в инновационную деятельность
