Abstract

В статье проанализированы основные направления и проблемы формирования единого пространства обращения лекарственных средств на территории Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС). Установлено, что к настоящему времени нормативное пространство этого процесса имеет начальную правовую основу, которая еще не обеспечивает реальное функционирование общего фармацевтического рынка и требует дальнейшего развития по вопросам наднациональных правил регистрации лекарственных средств, принятия единой фармакопеи, внедрения различных надлежащих практик, контроля качества
