Abstract

Глобальные социально-экономические преобразования, которые произошли на Крымском полуострове со времени его вступления в состав Российской Федерации вызвали ряд тенденций в обществе. Учитывая актуальность указанной темы, цель статьи заключается в исследовании трансформации на рынке труда Республики Крым в контексте модернизации экономики региона, позволяющем разрабатывать рекомендации по проведению необходимых мероприятий, способствующих более гладкому и эффективному протеканию трудовой адаптации жителей Республики Крым
