Abstract

В статье обосновывается использование системы критериев для оценки потенциала социально-экономического развития региона — общих и специальных. Общие критерии: величина и качество ресурсов и результатов деятельности системы; уровень эффективности (степень соответствия эталонам); динамика роста и развития; степень достижения целей системы. Группы специальных критериев: экономические и социальные. Предложена матрица совмещения общих и специальных критериев оценки социально-экономических систем
