Abstract

В статье рассмотрена банковская гарантия как ключевой фактор развития сферы государственного заказа. По мнению авторов, повышение доступности банковских гарантий для бизнеса позволит увеличить эффективность работы контрактной системы. В качестве объекта исследования была выбрана банковская гарантия, как кредитный продукт и основной элемент взаимодействия государственных заказчиков и государственных поставщиков. Представлена целесообразность банковской гарантии с точки зрения субъектов, рассмотрены определения данной дефиниции, раскрывающие сущность и содержание понятия банковской гарантии. Осуществлен анализ рынка банковских гарантий, с последующим выделением его специфических особенностей. По мнению авторов, одним из способов увеличения доступности банковских гарантий является создание Единого Дальневосточного центра обеспечения контрактов
