Оценка Потенциала Влияния Денежно-Кредитной Политики Банка России На Экономический Рост

Abstract

В статье рассматривается воздействие инструментов денежно-кредитной политики Банка России на экономический рост. Оценивается влияние этой политики на динамику российской экономики. С помощью эконометрических методов показана низкая эффективность стимулирующих мероприятий ЦБ РФ, проводимых в период между двумя кризисами 2010–2013 гг. Математически обоснован немонетарный характер российской инфляции и предложены альтернативные способы стимулирования экономического роста РФ через трансмиссионный механизм
