Abstract

В статье на основании сравнительного анализа результатов деятельности Лиги Наций и ООН дана характеристика преобразований процессов внутри ООН послевоенного развития мира и предложено два варианта модернизации ее работы на основании соблюдения принципов международного права. Автор описывает и объясняет прецеденты Южной Осетии и Абхазии, проводит аналогии и дает рекомендации к адекватным оценкам в области суверенитета и права наций на самоопределение и определяет перспективы успешного развития новых и развивающихся государств в эпоху глобализации
