Вейвлет-Анализ В Форсайтинге Инновационно-Обусловленного Экономического Роста Трансграничных Регионов

Abstract

В статье предложено использовать на этапе сценарного прогнозирования форсайтинга метод вейвлет-анализа для выявления скрытых закономерностей кластернои инновационно-обусловленного экономического роста трансграничных регионов. Предложен перечень специфических показателей и индикаторов, характеризующих экономический рост, инновационное развитие и кластеризацию в трансграничном контексте. Показано, что применение математического метода группировки данных позволяет осуществлять вейвлет-анализ на большом объеме разнородных данных в задачах оценки эффектов инновационнои кластернообусловленного экономического роста трансграничных регионов
