Abstract

В статье рассматриваются история и современное состояние банковской системы России. Особо отмечается высокая степень концентрации активов в отечественной банковской системе, снижение уровня конкуренции вследствие использования доминирующего положения крупнейшими частными банковскими группами и банками, подконтрольными государству. Анализируются действия Банка России по осуществлению банковского надзора, выдвигаются предложения по реформированию политики Центрального Банка в этой области
