Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам создания благоприятных условий для развития малого и среднего предпринимательства. Изучен мировой опыт по снижению административных барьеров, влекущих повышение издержек предприятий малого и среднего предпринимательства при предоставлении различных форм отчетности. Проведен анализ международного опыта относительно установления форм отчетности, сокращения дублирования и параллелизма в отчетности, внедрения международных стандартов отчетности и создания информационных систем по предоставлению сведений о различных видах отчетности в режиме «одного окна». Выявлены факторы, влияющие на бизнес-климат в развитых странах, связанные с предоставлением отчетности. Сформулированы выводы и рекомендации к определению подходов в разработке программ по реформированию информационных инструментов
