Abstract

В статье показано, что место и роль африканских стран во все более интегрирующейся мировой экономике качественным образом меняется. Страны континента все в большей степени стремятся выступать с консолидированных позиций, что позволяет им добиваться успехов на международной арене. Африка постепенно превращается из объекта эксплуатации внешними игроками в субъект мировой политики и международных экономических отношений, оказывающий активное влияние на их формирование. В то же время груз нерешенных проблем в экономической, социальной и политической сфере, накладывающийся на общую отсталость, бедность и высокую конфликтогенность африканских обществ, таит в себе опасный взрывной потенциал не только для самого континента, но и может перерастать в XXI веке в глобальные вызовы и угрозы
