Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы исследования генезиса и развития корпоративной социальной ответственности (КСО) как социально-экономического института. В качестве одного из основных методов исследования предлагается использование потенциала институционально-эволюционной экономической теории, позволяющей изучить изменения, движущие силы, основные тенденции, факторы развития и соотношение формальных и неформальных институциональных рамок. Необходимость институционального анализа КСО обусловлена потребностью в выявлении степени значимости существующих общественных ценностей, актуальных социальных запросов, повышении эффективности реализации КСО как на корпоративном, так и на государственном уровне
