Abstract

Присущие современным условиям военные конфликты, «цветные» революции, терроризм, финансово-экономиче­ские кризисы, другие глобальные угрозы выдвинули проблему безопасности на первое место в геополитике, социологии, экологии, экономике и науке. Поэтому разработка антикризисной программы России должна осуществляться, прежде всего, сквозь призму ее национальной безопасности. Известный основоположник современного взгляда на безопасность общества В. Парето характеризовал безопасность общества, как взаимосвязь трех составляющих: политической стабильности, экономического процветания, обороноспособности государства [1, с.17]. Авторы статьи предлагают новый подход для эффективного внедрения системы стратегического планирования, разработки стратегических документов, а также комплекса антикризисных мероприятий по преодолению финансово-экономического кризиса России и других стран-участников Евразийского экономического союза
