Обеспечение Экономической Безопасности Развития Регионов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы повышения экономической безопасности развития регионов. Раскрыты факторы ускорения инновационных изменений в экономике и обществе в целом. Показаны отрицательные проявления в экономической практике. Определена необходимость разработки новой парадигмы развития экономики регионов России. Рассмотрены основные системные и структурные подходы к обеспечению повышения экономической безопасности развития регионов. В качестве основных системных мероприятий рассмотрены перспективы новой индустриализации. Раскрыты ее проблемы в Республике Бурятия. В качестве структурных направлений обосновывается необходимость проведения реформы государственного управления на региональном уровне
