Экономическая Система России: Проблема Исторического Тренда И Функциональной Эффективности

Abstract

Под влиянием внешних и внутренних факторов, ситуационных колебаний и долгосрочного тренда Россия вынуждена существенно обновить модель экономического развития на системной основе.. Противоречивый процесс глобализации мировой экономики сопровождается новыми вызовами для национальной безопасности. Со стороны стран, доминирующих в мировой экономике и проповедующих принципы свободных рыночных отношений выдвигаются санкции политического вмешательства в экономический процесс и по своей природе прямо противоречащие этим самым принципам. Основой усиления национальной безопасности является экономическое развитие, фундаментом которого являются инвестиции как инновационное авансирование капитала. В статье обоснована необходимость существенного изменения модели экономического развития с целью превращения ресурсных преимуществ в конкурентные преимущества России. Трем видам ресурсов уделяется особая роль: энергетическим, аграрным, креативному. Их рассмотрение сопровождается выводами и практическими предложениями
