Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы экономической интеграции как объективного процесса, приводящего к созданию международных экономических объединений (МЭО), включая Таможенный союз и Европейский союз. Особое внимание обращено на особенности гармонизации налоговых систем при создании МЭО. Автор приходит к выводу, что к унификации прямых и косвенных налогов должны быть применены разные подходы, исходя из разных функций, которые они выполняют в регулировании экономики
