Abstract

В статье предложена концепция, специально разработанная для создания новой или реформирования (перестройки) конкретной организации. Выделены наиболее явные и чаще всего встречающиеся трансакционные издержки, возникающие при проектировании бизнеса. Предложен алгоритм проектирования бизнеса на основе учета трансакционных издержек
