Abstract

В работе обоснована необходимость привлечения малого и среднего бизнеса к решению значимых социально-экономических задач через механизм государственно-частного партнерства. Выявлены барьеры на пути эффективного развития и функционирования государственно-частного партнерства и доказано утверждение о том, что развитие государственно-частного партнерства в отношении малого бизнеса возможно исключительно при поддержке со стороны органов государственной власти. Систематизированы и предложены институциональные, административные, ресурсные и финансовые инструменты развития механизма государственно-частного партнерства с малым бизнесом
