Эволюционное Влияние Вто На Региональную Интеграцию Таможенного Союза

Abstract

В статье показано, что влияние ВТО на Таможенный союз (ТС) идет эволюционно. Его характер и содержание раскрываются путем исследования элементов экономической вариации на различные импортные группы товаров для Белоруссии, России и Казахстана, а также при рассмотрении платежа НДС и акцизов у экспортеров и импортеров в торговом обороте ТС. Инструментами анализа являются официальная статистика и документы ТС. Основной вывод работы заключается в том, что высшие административные процедуры в Таможенном Союзе имеют наднациональный характер в лице Совета Евразийской экономической комиссии
