Направления И Механизм Передачи Технологий В Высшей Школе России И За Рубежом

Abstract

Передача технологий, разрабатываемых в университете, и создание на их основе инновационных продуктов является важнейшей предпосылкой для успешного развития вуза как центра инноваций, включенного в инновационные системы региона, страны и мира. Основой механизма передачи технологий университета является центр передачи (трансфера) технологий, действующий по трем основным направлениям: лицензирование и передача патентных прав; создание инновационных компаний, осуществляющих конвертацию технологий вуза в инновационные продукты; привлечение всех видов финансирования в развитие технологий. В результате функционального анализа инновационных инфраструктур российских и иностранных вузов в статье выделены основные функции центров передачи технологий и определены особенности их функционирования в России и за рубежом
