Abstract

В статье определено место государственного заказа в экономике региона, как одного из основных инструментов распределения бюджетных средств. Выявлены и обоснованы причины снижения экономии бюджетных средств по результатам размещения государственного заказа учреждениями региона. Рассмотрены основные нововведения Федерального закона № 44-ФЗ от 05.04.2013 года в области определения поставщика
