Abstract

В статье рассматривается с точки зрения экономической теории ряд проблем, существующих в действующем российском антимонопольном законодательстве. Показано, что современное экономическое содержание закона «О защите конкуренции» заключается в том, чтобы с помощью развития конкурентной среды поддержать и отечественного производителя, и отечественного потребителя. Вместе с тем, доказывается, что в ряде отраслей развитие конкуренции снижает эффективность производства. Предлагаются уточнения трактовок категорий недобросовестной конкуренции, согласованных действий и ряда других понятий
