Использование Функционального Моделирования В Организации Процесса Нормирования Труда На Предприятии

Abstract

В статье представлен авторский подход к описанию процесса организации работ по нормированию труда с использованием методологии функционального моделирования (методологии IDEF0 на базе структурного анализа SADT), преимущество применения которой заключается в точной спецификации всех функций, осуществляемых в рамках процесса нормирования труда, а также характера взаимосвязей между ними, позволяющих получить полное представление о функционировании исследуемого процесса, о потоках информации и материалах, обладающих высокой степенью значимости для анализа хозяйственной деятельности предприятия
